EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery, governance and operational oversight of a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives within an assigned SSL. This senior leader will engage senior stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams and drive execution in a complex, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Systems Engineering, IT, Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project or portfolio management experience in complex environments.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle projects from initiation to production support.
• Excellent executive communication for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives and portfolio programs.
• Establish and govern integrated portfolio delivery plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery performance with executive transparency.
• Own portfolio outcomes and drive accountability across teams.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies rapidly.
• Facilitate governance meetings and leadership reporting.
• Provide portfolio insights to EY leadership and governance forums.
• Partner with Product Owners, Development Managers, Architects, QA, Security, Operations, vendors and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Ensure alignment with EY delivery frameworks, risk requirements, architecture, security and release processes.
• Manage project and portfolio financials, including budgets and forecasts.
