EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Argentina is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Integrated Solution Suites to lead planning, governance, and execution of strategic programs across global teams. You will partner with EY GDS and EY US to drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, risk management, budget tracking, and leadership reporting while coordinating with business, technology, and operations teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting.
• Experience working with global teams and agencies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives with scope, timelines, milestones, and budget tracking.
• Develop integrated project plans with cross-functional teams across EY GDS and EY US.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities for timely delivery.
• Coordinate governance, RAID logs, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and ensure alignment of priorities and decisions.
