EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking an Analyst Engineer Assistant Director to lead end-to-end technology solutions, working with architecture and business teams to deliver cost-effective, fit-for-purpose results. The role combines hands-on coding with senior-level supervision of the project’s technical deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Formación
- 10+ years experience in Application Engineering/Development roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT services principles and delivery.
- Hands-on coding with architecture and solution design understanding.
- Experience leading global or distributed teams and mentoring staff.
- Proficiency with reporting tools: Power BI, Power Query, SSRS.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enhance technology solutions within project plans.
- Coordinate with project manager and allocate resources appropriately.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable code and oversee deliverables.
- Participate in full delivery cycle from planning to release.
- Mentor and supervise engineering staff to meet budgets and timelines.
