EY-Parthenon in Buenos Aires seeks a Director for Deal Management to lead and execute operational projects across sectors. You will support client teams in strategy development for transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal activities, with a commercial mindset and strong stakeholder influence.

Ideal candidates have significant management consulting experience, exceptional analytical skills, and experience in integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs, plus willingness to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS or Analytics with 5+ years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when required; adapt to complex environments.
