Oracle in Argentina seeks an experienced data center operations professional to manage break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration support, and technical troubleshooting within defined SLAs.

You will mentor junior technicians, ensure SOPs/MOPs compliance, and collaborate with project teams to validate installations and maintain high availability of critical infrastructure.

Formación

• Experience with data center hardware maintenance.
• Familiarity with change control processes.
• Ability to mentor technicians and transfer knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Datacenter Services Operations-Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: identify opportunities for team members to work with servers and components and ensure lifecycle performance.
• Datacenter Services Operations-Network Configuration, Installation, and Augmentation: guide technicians on network configurations and verify cabling and connectivity.
• Technical Support and Trouble Shooting: monitor and assign work in ticketing systems and escalate trends within SLAs.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce SOPs/MOPs and ensure security and health guidelines on site.
• Continuous Improvement: train on fix/repair techniques and share process improvements.
