Oracle is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations professional in Buenos Aires to lead break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration efforts. You will mentor technicians, validate cabling and connectivity, and manage ticketing workflows to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety/compliance, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with project teams and colocation partners to test installations and address resiliency and availability risks.

Formación

• Experience with server hardware maintenance and replacement.
• Understanding of network configurations and cabling validation.
• Ability to mentor technicians and support ticketing workflows.
• Familiar with SOPs/MOPs and data center change control processes.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to optimize server components for lifecycle performance.
• Coach technicians on power distribution units and hardware replacement without disrupting critical infrastructure.
• Guide network configuration and validate client configurations and connectivity.
• Monitor ticketing queues, assign work, and document resolutions within SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance per SOPs/MOPs and site rules.
• Lead continuous improvement by sharing fixes and escalating recurring issues.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to validate installations and performance.
• Provide SME support to resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
