BM Global Services Buenos Aires seeks an Applications Engineer, Practice Solutions to support a portfolio of mission-critical applications and help implement and improve innovative legal technology solutions.

The role requires fluent English, experience with platform implementations, API integrations, and strong data analysis, with emphasis on security and SSO in a cloud environment. You will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting technology applications, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience with platform implementations, deployments, application support, and data migrations.
• Knowledge of API integrations and collaboration with vendors and technical teams on integration requirements.
• Understanding of application security processes and SSO.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and functional support for a portfolio of Practice Solutions applications.
• Take ownership of incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Evaluate new platforms from a technical perspective including infrastructure and security.
• Support platform implementations, deployments, upgrades, data migrations, and enhancements.
• Work with APIs and application integrations with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to become a subject matter expert for the applications.

We are looking for an Applications Engineer, Practice Solutions to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology professional who enjoys supporting business-critical applications, solving complex technical issues, and contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of innovative legal technology solutions.

What will be your impact?

• Provide technical and functional support for a portfolio of Practice Solutions applications, acting as an escalation point for urgent or complex issues.
• Take ownership of incidents and problems, ensuring they are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
• Evaluate new platforms from a technical perspective, including their infrastructure, security, integrations, and business value.
• Support platform implementations, deployments, upgrades, data migrations, and application enhancements.
• Work with APIs and application integrations, collaborating with vendors and internal technical teams.
• Support security processes, including Single Sign-On (SSO), vendor security discussions, and technical assessments.
• Work closely with Product Managers and become a subject matter expert for the applications within the portfolio.
