BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our global team. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support users, and provide high-quality service across a range of applications in a collaborative international environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, advanced or bilingual English, and knowledge of ServiceNow, VPN, Active Directory, Exchange, and collaboration tools.

Formación

• 2+ years in a help desk or IT support role.
• Advanced or bilingual English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, VPN, AD, Exchange and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide initial assessment and troubleshooting of incidents.
• Record, monitor and follow up SLA breaches per process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to proper support teams.
• Assist with account management and basic admin tasks.

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and proactive professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and delivering high-quality service across a wide range of applications and systems in a collaborative international environment.

What will be your impact?

• Provide initial assessment and troubleshooting.
• Record, track, monitor, and follow up SLA breaches of incidents and service requests following the defined Incident Management Process.
• Escalate and coordinate unresolved incidents to the appropriate support team by consistently following defined escalation procedures.
• Perform tasks but not limited to message tracking (internal and external), network account lockout tracing and resolution, MobileIron registered devices, 2-factor authentication administration/management of accounts, active directory administration and management, and exchange admin center.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• Experience in similar roles (+2 years).
• Advanced or Bilingual in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Service Now, VPN, Active Directory, Exchange, Timekeeper, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, troubleshooting.
