BM Global Services Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Enterprise Applications Architect to drive our global application architecture strategy and lead the design of scalable, secure enterprise solutions. You will guide cloud implementations across Azure, AWS, and GCP, while mentoring diverse teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ideal candidates have TOGAF, strong API design skills, and a track record of delivering modern, integrated platforms in complex organizations.

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SWE or related; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with modern architectures: microservices, event-driven, serverless.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• TOGAF certification and EA methodologies knowledge.
• Experience with ArchiMate, SparX, and modeling tools.
• Strong API design and data exchange knowledge (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML).
• DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and lifecycle mgmt.
• Deep expertise in performance, scalability, reliability, security.
• Ability to evaluate COTS solutions within enterprises.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking.
• Leadership and mentoring to foster innovation.

What will be your impact?

• Define and evolve the Firm’s global application architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles.
• Lead the design of complex application solutions, integrations, and technology initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Evaluate and recommend application technologies, cloud platforms, frameworks, APIs, and integration patterns that support business growth and innovation.
• Establish architecture standards and best practices for application development, integration, automation, and data exchange across the enterprise.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development, integration, data, and innovation teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and innovation teams to deliver modern technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution design within large, complex organizations.
• Strong experience with modern application architectures, including microservices, event-driven, and serverless solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• TOGAF certification and knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies.
• Experience with architectural frameworks and tools such as ArchiMate, SparX, and enterprise modeling platforms.
• Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and data exchange technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application lifecycle management.
• Deep expertise in application performance, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
• Ability to assess and integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions within enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with a proven ability to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
