We are seeking a Junior Applications Engineer to join our team in a technology-driven, global environment. You will support a portfolio of business-critical applications, resolve complex issues, and work on modernization efforts across departments.

You will need fluent English and strong skills with Microsoft 365 Apps, Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Hybrid work is available with offices in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, plus private health coverage and perks.

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps and Copilot.
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud platforms including SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Interest in AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies.
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and upgrading business applications.
• Exposure to troubleshooting complex documents and productivity technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and functional support for a portfolio of business-critical applications as escalation point.
• Own incidents and problems through resolution.
• Help develop application standardization and rationalization plans.
• Support maintenance, updates, and upgrades in collaboration with IT teams.
• Participate in projects delivering application enhancements and technology improvements.
• Build relationships with application providers, stakeholders, and business users.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and licensing to maximize value.
