Sovos is hiring a Compliance Services Associate in Argentina to partner with clients, manage regulatory deadlines, and reconcile tax data using Sovos software. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and adherence to procedures across IRS, state, and local requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort learning new software quickly.
• Excellent client service skills with an emphasis on active listening, clear documentation, and responsive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a curiosity about how technology can improve service delivery.
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver client services using Sovos' Tax Information Reporting (1099), ACA, Sales and Use Tax Reporting, FATCA, Unclaimed Property, and Certificate Management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.
• Ensure compliance with IRS, state, and local government requirements by adhering to internal policies, client-specified procedures, and regulatory deadlines.
• Interact directly with clients on a regular basis, serving as a trusted resource for service delivery, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
• Support compliance workflows with data reconciliation, research, and problem-solving tasks as directed by senior team members.
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to identify process improvements, reduce risk, and participate in internal efficiency projects.
