Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Compliance Services Representative in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina. You will manage day-to-day client tax compliance needs, including data imports, reconciliation, and deadline management, acting as a trusted resource for clients.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, build domain expertise, and contribute to improving processes. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in tax reporting or client services and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 1-2 years in client support/services.
• 1-2 years in Tax Information Reporting (1099), ACA, Sales & Use Tax, FATCA, Unclaimed Property or Exemption Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client services utilizing Sovos Tax Information Reporting and related modules.
• Ensure compliance with tax authorities and client procedures.
• Identify and resolve client issues; coordinate internal departments for timely responses.
