Sovos in Argentina is hiring for a Forms Content Associate to provide strong knowledge and technical support for payroll reporting forms and eFiling software. You will troubleshoot issues, test updates, and coordinate with teams to resolve customer challenges daily.

You will join a role that blends customer service with technical problem solving, and you’ll work with AI-enabled workflows and a collaborative, global team environment available in a full-time capacity.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently and professionally.
• Test form updates developed by other team members to build your knowledge and ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns and solutions for emerging technology challenges.
• Communicate user challenges and software updates across multiple departments to keep teams aligned.
• Input technical issues into bug tracking software and maintain the customer support portal.
• Improve existing software programs by evaluating objectives, reviewing proposed changes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
