You'll work with AI-assisted workflows, collaborate with clients, and continuously improve processes while adhering to contractual obligations and quality standards. Background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort learning new software quickly.
• Excellent client service skills with active listening and clear documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client services using Sovos' Tax Information Reporting and related software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with IRS, state, and local requirements by following internal policies and deadlines.
• Interact directly with clients, serving as a trusted resource for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Support compliance workflows with data reconciliation, research, and problem-solving tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to identify process improvements and participate in efficiency projects.
