Sovos is seeking a Principal Compliance Services Representative to join the Managed Services team in Argentina. You will lead client projects, manage onboarding, training, and configuration tasks, and ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction across complex compliance services.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You will translate client requirements into technical specs, manage risks, and seek process

Competenze

• 4+ years in client service related work experience
• Excellent time management, data analysis and communication skills
• Understanding of Salesforce, UiPath, Jira and similar business applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

Mansioni

• Lead projects to optimize the Compliance Services department.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and project-based services for clients.
• Develop and manage client project plans from kickoff to transition.
• Ensure projects are on time with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Translate client business logic into technical specifications and configurations.
• Identify improvements to processes, documents, or tools for new client implementations.
• Support cross-department collaboration for seamless client integrations.
• Assist with escalations and issue resolution within the team.
