Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build and maintain a governed knowledgebase of AI playbooks, enabling service desks and OSS with effective prompts and guidance.

The role tracks adoption metrics, analyzes trends, and creates leadership dashboards to drive data-backed decisions. You will deliver targeted enablement, create how-to and troubleshooting content, and collaborate across teams to improve first-contact resolution and value realization for AI tools and

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment to align priorities across teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, including version control, change notes, and retirement of outdated content.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices (privacy, confidentiality, data handling) and embedding guardrails into enablement materials.
• Strong technical writing skills with knowledge base content and taxonomy for easy findability.
• Proven ability to enable support teams with focus on improving resolution times.
• Strong analytical skills tracking adoption metrics and segmenting by persona/region/business line.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption/value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona/region/business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; recommend actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts showing connections between adoption metrics and outcomes, risks, and next steps.
