Content Creators is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen the Service Desk and OSS readiness by creating and maintaining a robust knowledge base and playbooks for AI tools. You will work across teams to deliver targeted enablement and track adoption metrics.

The role focuses on reducing resolution times, improving first-contact support, and delivering leadership-ready dashboards that show impact and opportunities for enhancements across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control and change notes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with change notes and deprecation info.
• Develop knowledge base articles for how-tos, troubleshooting, known issues, and escalation paths to support AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams through walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings to reduce time-to-resolution.
