1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ladle repair or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of welding and metalworking techniques.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
7. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
8. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
