Job Description

Preference will be given to engineers currently in Dubai on employment or visit visas, seeking a job change and available to join immediately. Please apply with your updated CV and correct contact details.

1. Establish and implement Quality Management System (ISO-9001), including Project Quality Plan, Segmental Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Methodology, Checklists, Test formats, etc.
2. Conduct routine and pre-pour inspections of construction activities, including finishing works, to ensure conformity with drawings and specifications. Record observations and Non-Conformance Reports, follow up for corrective and preventive actions. Calibrate monitoring and measuring instruments. Perform shop inspections of bought-out items, review brands, conduct factory visits, source approval, and QA/QC for structural fabrication, erection, and painting, including welding.
3. Review technical specifications before tendering, finalize item or material descriptions. Review credentials, conduct shop inspections for vendor/brand approvals of equipment, plants, and finishing materials. Monitor handover procedures.
4. Conduct technical audits and system implementation audits of business development, tendering, operations, and engineering design.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate Civil Engineers with 8+ years of experience in QA/QC functions on large engineering projects such as high-rise villas, commercial complexes, IT parks, hospitals, residential buildings, mass housing projects, factories, and integrated townships.
• Lead Assessor Training is preferable.
