A leading global hospitality company in Dubai is looking for a Materials Clerk to ensure the accuracy and quality of incoming goods. The role involves verifying deliveries, maintaining organized storage areas, and communicating any issues with goods. Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills, with previous warehouse experience preferred.

The Materials Clerk is responsible for verifying, recording, and organizing all incoming goods to the hotel. This role ensures deliveries meet Hyatt and Andaz quality standards while supporting purchasing, culinary, and operational team.
Receive and inspect all deliveries against purchase orders.
Record items accurately in the procurement system (e.g., Birch Street).
Maintain clean, organized receiving and storeroom areas.
Ensure proper storage and food safety compliance (HACCP).
Communicate variances or damaged goods to Purchasing and relevant departments.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely distribution of goods.
Previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift and handle goods safely.
