About the Role

A leading global video technology provider are seeking a Sales Director (EMEA) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role, requiring a commercially driven professional with a strong network in the media, streaming, and telecommunications industries.

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions for media and streaming platforms, developing regional go-to-market strategies, and closing high-value deals with broadcasters, OTT services, and telcos. You will be responsible for creating and executing regional sales plans, working closely with customer success and technical teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the media, OTT, and broadcasting sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Lead complex sales negotiations, from initial engagement to contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
• Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for regional growth and expansion.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales within the media, broadcasting, or streaming industry.
• Strong network of C-level and senior stakeholders in the EMEA region.
• A track record of exceeding annual revenue targets and driving new business.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with long-term customer engagement.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and industry stakeholders.
