Description

Apt Resources is seeking a seasoned Travel & Hospitality Consultant to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives across the hospitality sector while also helping grow the client's Hospitality Practice and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The role requires specific expertise in the hotel management business domain as well as exposure to the travel tech space to bring the most value to our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Senior Business Analyst in international Enterprise Architecture engagements offering proactive process improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality consulting artifacts for CXO-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead business analysis for hospitality systems including PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty programs, and guest experience platforms.
  • Gather, document, and analyze detailed business processes and functional requirements across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and IT.
  • Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process mapping (e.g., guest journey transformation).
  • Collaborate with product architecture and design teams to define system features and digital product roadmaps.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality solutions and compliance standards.
  • Support implementations, data migration, and UAT processes as a hospitality domain SME.
  • Define KPIs and track customer satisfaction and service delivery metrics.
  • Lead workshops and one-on-one stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Hospitality business domain
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty programs, and guest experience platforms.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst or Consultant on technology or process improvement projects.
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, map processes, and suggest operational improvements.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration.
  • Skilled in creating business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and presenting to CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
