About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Reservation Consultant & Manager fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing client travel bookings coordinating with suppliers and delivering exceptional customer service across B2C and B2B markets (primarily GCC).

Tasks
  • Handle flight hotel holiday package and tour reservations for individual and corporate clients
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic & English with clients to understand their travel needs
  • Provide accurate quotations itineraries and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (airlines hotels DMCs)
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Assist walk-in customers and support WhatsApp / email inquiries
  • Offer excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservation preferably in outbound travel
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) is a must
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of GCC travel trends and destinations
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM or reservation platforms is a plus
