A leading recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking a Business Development Manager for General Insurance. This role requires a target-driven individual with at least 5 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE, including strong knowledge of Medical, Motor, and Non-Motor insurance. The successful candidate will manage their own book of business and have the opportunity to lead a sales team based on performance. This full-time permanent position offers a chance to make a significant impact in the general insurance sector.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales in the UAE – either with insurers or brokers. You will manage your own book of business and lead growth initiatives across General Insurance including Medical.
- Drive new business and renewals independently in the first year
- Based on performance in the second year build and lead a 3-member sales team
- Manage SME corporate and individual client portfolios
- Coordinate with insurers for competitive underwriting
- Minimum 5 years UAE insurance sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Medical, Motor & Non-Motor insurance
- Excellent network with clients and insurers in the region
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
