Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach networking and partnerships.
  • Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration support, helpdesk, security).
  • Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.
  • Manage customer accounts ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the technology, information and internet sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Work closely with the engineering and service teams to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate on global rollouts and assist in managing logistics to streamline international projects.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep HTS at the cutting edge and ensure our services align with market demands.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
  • Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and technological advancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies for gaining and retaining clients in multiple sectors.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with clients and partners.
