Lead the Supply Chain Operations function with the respective Brand / Geography, owning Distribution, Planning, Supplier performance and financial analytics of the supply chain function. Act as the regional / Country leadership teams supply chain contact and represent the function within the regional business units at LT level (where required).
Job Responsibilities
- Develop long term plan of supply chain operations with the region – Leveraging distributor scale / Control tower development in conjunction with Regional & Global supply Chain leadership teams.
- Lead functional performance tracking and reporting & financial requirements for the regional supply chain team.
- Support global CoE team with Data & technology requirements / implementation as required.
- Own the respective financial elements & budgeting of the brand / country supply chain function.
- Partner with Brand / Country functional leaders to support brand / marketing activity where required, including LTO / New product development support.
- Lead the supplier performance for the region, ensuring accurate measurement, reporting and continuous improvement of OTIF and other measures as required.
- Manage 3rd Party distribution partners strategy, compliance and performance.

Knowledge & Skill Required
- Years’ experience in Senior supply chain roles, ideally within food industry or related field.
- Experience in logistics / planning preferred but with end to end supply chain knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams on a multi-country scale; inspiring & growing teams.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners across the global business.
- Strong strategic leader with demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic change.
- Strong leadership skills; prepared to challenge status quo and drive change.
- Ability to gain buy-in & influence key stakeholders at all levels in a global organization.
