To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences.

• Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team.
• Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
• Develop employees and create an environment that enables team engagement to enhance positive patient experiences.
• Manage allocated clinical and non‑clinical resources in a cost‑efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care.
• Monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.

Desired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field.

5 years' experience in a Senior Nursing/Management role in Operation Theatre in a hospital setting.

• Demonstrate the ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation).
• Presentation Skills.
• UAE Labour Law.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Cost management principles.
• Demonstrate Nursing functional competence (Nursing practice).
• Demonstrate the ability to manage meetings effectively.
• Quality management and governance standards and best practice.
• Risk management principles, systems and best practice.
• Skilled in the demonstration and assessment of all relevant clinical procedures.
• Stock control principles and management.
• UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements.
• Workforce planning and scheduling.
