A financial regulatory authority in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist in Client Management to support inbound leads and enhance client engagement. The role involves managing inquiries from various sources, ensuring a seamless transition for potential clients, and profiling leads to enhance data quality. Candidates should have a degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in client management. This position offers a full-time schedule with a focus on improving conversion rates and overall client satisfaction.
The Senior Specialist, Client Management supports the inbound leads process and contributes to the organic growth of ADGM. Acting as a client nurturer, the Sr. Specialist ensures potential clients receive the necessary support to seamlessly transition into opportunities, helping improve conversion rates and engagement. The role is also responsible for profiling and mapping leads to relevant clusters to enhance data quality, ensure effective engagement, and maintain accurate reporting. This includes handling inbound queries across multiple channels, such as digital, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
