What You'll Do:

• Build game-changing marketing campaigns that reach millions of fashion-conscious customers

• Building and executing strategies that connect customers with their perfect fashion finds

• Conduct A/B testing strategies to continuously evolve our content approach

• Drive innovation in how customers discover and shop for fashion on Amazon

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in digital merchandising, marketing, or related field

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Data-driven decision-making capability

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in fashion

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field

• At least 2+ years of marketing and/or site merchandising experience

• Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with merchandising tools/platforms (Photoshop, Canva)

• Exceptional project management capabilities with proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

• Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems

• Strong command of digital marketing analytics platforms
