Performance Monitoring & Improvement

• Continuously assess vendor performance data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Develop market-specific strategies, considering local operating environments, customers, and vendor capabilities to enhance performance.
• Establish performance targets and key metrics, leading initiatives to achieve them successfully.

Problem Solving, Data Analysis, & Product

• Conduct root cause analyses on operational inefficiencies affecting partner performance.
• Develop data-backed, scalable solutions to optimize partner performance.
• Utilize data analytics to assess market performance, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with data teams to build advanced dashboards for reporting and actionable insights.
• Identify product opportunities to enhance partner performance and drive implementation through cross-functional collaboration, keeping holistic business impact in perspective.

• Run A/B tests and pilots to validate solutions before full-scale implementation.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Drive regional initiatives to improve vendor performance across markets, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact.
• Work cross-functionally with country logistics teams (including Directors of Logistics and Performance Managers), regional teams (Customer Experience, Partner Growth), and central DH teams (Product Operations) to align on key initiatives.

What Did We Order?

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech start-ups, or operations roles.
• Experience in groceries, retail, and food delivery across diverse markets is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing and aligning stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience developing and executing operational strategies in a multi-market environment is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau, Data Studio, or similar reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
