FACADE SUPERVISOR
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Facade Site Supervisor to oversee facade installation activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the UAE. Responsibilities include monitoring installation processes, ensuring quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are crucial, and priority will be given to immediate joiners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facade Site Supervisor in the UAE.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects.
- Background experience from contracting companies in the Middle East.
- In-depth knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facade installation activities ensuring alignment with project drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors for workflow.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols onsite to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address non-compliance issues.
- Monitor daily activities and progress, preparing reports.
- Ensure resources, materials, and tools are available for schedules.
- Liaise with architects and engineers for technical solutions.
- Address client concerns and provide updates as required.
