Job summary
A leading hotel in Dubai is seeking a Chief Steward to oversee the stewarding operations. You will assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food processing facilities. Ideal candidates have a hospitality degree and experience in a hotel stewarding department, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires working under pressure and managing a multicultural team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Stewarding Department within a hotel.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Stewarding Manager in enforcing cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Supervise all stewarding department employees and operations.
- Maintain health inspection and attendance records.
- Reduce the loss of silverware and flatware.
