We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Kubernetes, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Red Hat OpenShift. In this role, you will design and lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring high scalability, availability, and performance across hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design and architecture of AI / ML solutions deployed on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
2. Partner with data scientists, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to operationalize AI / ML models.
3. Define and implement scalable microservices and container-based architectures using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
4. Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Design CI / CD pipelines for AI model training and deployment.
6. Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams.
7. Evaluate and recommend best practices around security, performance, monitoring, and governance in containerized environments.
8. Participate in RFPs, proposals, and architecture reviews with key clients and stakeholders.
9. Act as a technical advisor on emerging trends in AI infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or systems design.
• Proficiency with Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Strong understanding of hybrid / multi-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform).
• Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI / CD, ArgoCD, Tekton).
• Deep knowledge of API design, service mesh (e.g., Istio), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or related certifications.
• Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and AI lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) in containerized environments.
• Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, and distributed data systems.
