Lead Binance's global branded video content strategy, shaping how the company is seen, heard, and experienced in crypto, Web3, and beyond. From short-form explainers to long-form campaigns, you'll bring Binance’s storytelling to life with editorial precision and creative impact.

  • Own the end-to-end creative process: concept, scriptwriting, execution
  • Develop narrative frameworks and creative treatments for all video formats
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual, verbal, and editorial outputs
  • Partner with writers, designers, motion graphics, producers, agencies
  • Align with product marketing, comms, and global/regional teams
  • Scale storytelling globally through external partnerships and in-house talent
  • Champion platform-first content thinking and new storytelling formats
  • Explore 3D motion, AI-enhanced workflows, and emerging creative tech
  • Drive efficiency + quality in the creative process
  • Lead a small team of cross-functional creatives
  • Maintain high standards in storytelling, brand identity, and production
  • Guide script development, treatments, and post-production deliverables
  • 10+ years in creative/content leadership roles (brand, editorial, video)
  • Strong writing and content strategy foundation
