Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform based in Dubai is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead to enhance its creator partnership strategy across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will drive influencer marketing initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and leverage a deep understanding of the local influencer ecosystem in KSA and UAE. Successful applicants will have at least 7 years of experience in influencer marketing and strong relationship management skills, fluency in English required, and knowledge of Arabic or Turkish a plus.

We are looking for a strategic and well‑connected Influencer Marketing Lead to drive our creator partnership strategy across the Gulf region. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our influencer ecosystem, with a heavy focus on the KSA and UAE markets, to increase brand awareness and drive marketplace growth. You will act as the key link between the brand, local agencies, and influencers, ensuring that our campaigns are culturally resonant, data‑driven, and perfectly aligned with our international business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead influencer selection and hunting processes to identify and onboard high‑potential creators across the Gulf region.
  • Build and maintain long‑term, strategic relationships with local influencer agencies and key ecosystem partners.
  • Provide deep regional market insights to guide high‑level campaign planning, activations, and localized content strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform dynamics, and content formats specific to the Gulf social media landscape.
  • Coordinate branding projects between marketplace sellers and influencers, managing gifting, fixed deals, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Marcomm, and PR teams to ensure all influencer initiatives align with broader business goals.
  • Manage end‑to‑end influencer activations, ensuring seamless execution from initial outreach to final performance reporting.
Expected Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field within the Gulf region.
  • Proven track record in the e‑commerce or tech industry is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic and/or Turkish is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the local influencer ecosystem, particularly within the KSA and UAE markets.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with experience navigating agency partnerships and direct creator talent.
