Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for events, PR activations, and brand initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Produce engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and performance tracking.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, event materials, and newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reporting on KPIs.
- Suggest optimization opportunities to enhance ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist with promotional plans for events, press launches, and client activations.
- Coordinate with media partners, influencers, and suppliers to support campaign goals.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in PR, events, media, or agency environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
