• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum and restock amenities.
• Replenish towels, toiletries and minibar supplies.
• Ensure all areas are neat, sanitized and ready for guests.
• Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly.
• Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Support laundry and cleaning of public areas when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time well.
• Physically fit and able to handle standing, bending and lifting.
• Positive attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.
