Accountabilities:

1. Manage multiple projects and engineering teams, including Junior PT and PT.
2. Provide strong leadership, promote knowledge sharing, and facilitate engineering training and development for the project team.
3. Analyze structural drawings provided by clients.
4. Implement formwork solutions for both basic and complex project requirements, considering standards, safety, time efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Design formwork for special applications and structures.
6. Create customer presentations for project-specific applications and solutions.
7. Propose economical and technically optimal solutions.
8. Conduct static calculations and structural analysis.
9. Produce material lists, offers, and shop drawings.
10. Assist Sales Engineers with site visits, meetings, and client presentations.
11. Ensure timely delivery of drawings, material lists, and calculations.
12. Coordinate with clients on technical issues and troubleshooting.
13. Collaborate with other departments involved in projects.
14. Consider material availability during the design process.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Technical or Civil Engineering.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and formwork design; knowledge of 3D software like Revit and Inventor is advantageous.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in formwork engineering and statics.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Team-oriented with attention to detail and economic awareness.
6. Ability to work independently, managing projects and stakeholders.
7. Experience in project management and decision-making.
8. Willingness to learn and improve skills.
9. Adaptability and openness to change.
10. Understanding of business models and cross-functional collaboration.
11. Knowledge of logistics and contract management.
