Formal work experience doesnt matter; what does matter is a passion for web & mobile technology and a belief that great user‑experience is a critical part of software design. You should have a working knowledge of at least some of the following:
- Ruby On Rails or at least one PHP MVC framework
- jQuery or other JS libraries
- AJAX
- CSS/XHTML
- UI/UX design
- You care about usability in the context of web applications and know its crucial to creating great web experiences.
- You love to learn new tech and build cool stuff
