This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of various operating systems, and excellent communication for customer service. A Bachelor's degree and a UAE driver's license with a car are mandatory for supporting site offices. The candidate will also maintain inventory, assist in IT applications, and ensure network security.
