Job description
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote secure communication products, including chat support and VPN services.
- Manage the companys presence on digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter).
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest data‑driven optimizations.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and product launches.
Operations Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate between teams to streamline workflows and manage project timelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including marketing materials and product resources.
- Support the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and operations, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of secure communications products, including VPNs and chat support platforms.
