  • Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity on job procedures, parts requirements, and critical measurements; proactively suggest safety and operational improvements.
  • Provide sales support by ensuring customers are fully informed of all aspects of the job and by handling customer complaints professionally.

  • Act as an ambassador for TechnipFMC, continuously striving to improve safety, technical knowledge, professionalism, and customer success.
  • Mentor or instruct less experienced team members and/or customers in and out of the field; conduct training and competency assessments of junior Field Service Technicians (FSTs).
  • Maintain monthly reporting on P&L financials and contribute to financial forecasting based on current backlog and estimated job completion dates.
