- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding health management, care options, and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in geriatric medicine.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine is required.
- Valid medical license in the appropriate state.
