Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Ajman is seeking a Guest Environment Expert to ensure a memorable guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel. The role involves physical activities such as lifting and moving items, and adhering to company standards and procedures. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, commitment to safety, and exceptional service in a diverse work environment. This position is crucial for creating excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.
- Physical stamina for standing, sitting, and moving around.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Deliver guest requests and restock carts as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
