Job summary

A luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a CID Data Agent to manage guest check-ins/outs and fulfill communication needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector and should be skilled in guest relations, telephone etiquette, and operational procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring guest data accuracy, handling guest requests, and coordinating with various departments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within the hospitality industry.
• Competent in messaging functionality and guest request coordination.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out all guests in the CID system.
• Monitor and correct discrepancies in the PMS and CID system.
• Attend CID related trainings and train colleagues.
• Answer phone calls promptly and assist guests with inquiries.
