Your Role

As a Foreman, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-end fit-out works
• Coordinate tradesmen and labour teams to deliver top-quality results
• Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Read and interpret drawings to guide your team effectively
• Report progress and proactively address site issues

What We're Looking For

? 2+ years experience in a Foreman role within a fit-out company

? Strong understanding of trades such as wood, marble, painting, glazing

? Excellent communication and leadership skills

? Ability to manage teams and drive site productivity

? Commitment to safety and quality
