We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior ELV Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

· Lead the end-to-end execution of ELV projects including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, SMATV, Structured Cabling, and other low-voltage systems.

· Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

· Supervise and manage project teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team.

· Coordinate tasks, monitor team performance, and resolve any conflicts or issues.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, changes, and challenges.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality assurance.

· Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and control expenses to meet financial goals.

· Review vendor quotations and negotiate for cost-effective solutions.

· Oversee the preparation and submission of all project-related documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.

· Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

· Conduct final inspections, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications.

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in ELV systems, with at least 3 years in a project management role.

· In-depth knowledge of ELV systems including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

· PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

· Proactive leadership with a problem-solving mindset.

· High level of organization and attention to detail.

· Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
