A well-established, award-winning real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join its thriving Holiday & Short Term Rentals division. Known for its high standards of service, strong client relationships, and professional excellence, the company offers expertise across Residential Sales & Leasing, Short Term Rentals, Off-Plan Investments, Property Management, and Commercial Real Estate.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and proactive—someone who thrives under pressure and can operate independently. This role plays a critical part in growing the short-term rentals portfolio and maintaining strong landlord relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect new landlords through CRM systems, property portals (e.g. Dubizzle), and internal databases
Achieve a minimum onboarding target of 8 new properties per month
Manage and convert referrals received from internal agents
Meet with property owners to negotiate and sign rental agreements
Prepare and present detailed financial projections to landlords
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing landlords
Conduct frequent market research and compile data into presentations for internal and external use
Role Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or real estate
UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle is mandatory
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is essential
Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred
Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills
Proven record of improving customer satisfaction and retention
High-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong multitasking and advanced problem-solving abilities
Confidence working in a commission-based environment
