We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and drive our integrated marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. This role requires strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and multi-channel campaign execution with a particular focus on email, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.

• Develop and manage email sequences and automation workflows tailored to different customer segments.
• Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns including audience targeting messaging and performance tracking.
• Execute email marketing campaigns (Zoho) including design scheduling A/B testing and analytics review.
• Oversee YouTube content strategy including briefing scripting scheduling and performance reporting.

• Build test and optimize marketing automation flows using Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Maintain and oversee CRM hygiene and pipeline data accuracy (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Collaborate with sales to review lead qualification criteria regularly and ensure proper lead nurturing.

• Manage and update segmented contact lists for targeted campaigns.
• Leverage analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and lead engagement.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Zoho CRM or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in email marketing lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
• Experience in LinkedIn marketing and outreach.
• Familiarity with YouTube content production and platform management.
• Comfortable working with data tools and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication coordination skills.
