We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading complex engineering infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior team members.

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct complex engineering analyses and provide innovative solutions to challenging problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in business development activities and client presentations.
• Optimize engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to the development of engineering standards and procedures within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects.
• Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards, local building codes, and UAE regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and design of infrastructure systems is a plus.
